I'm going to make a guess that all of you know what Godiva chocolate is.
If you don't, it's a quite expensive chocolate.
I recieved a box of Godiva truffles, sealed and relatively new.
When the box was opened, there were small
worms crawling around in the box.
Worms!
I sent an email, and their response was laughable.
"Thank you for contacting us regarding your recent Godiva experience. We appreciate hearing from our customers as Godiva prides itself on superior customer service as well as our world-renowned chocolates. Your comments and your satisfaction are very important to us.
"Unfortunately, it sounds as if the box of Truffles you have may have been exposed to conditions that sacrifice the quality representative of a Godiva product. Please accept our apology for the disappointment this may have caused you.
We would like to forward a replacement box for you to enjoy. We wish to address the quality of this product by contacting the retailer responsible for its preservation. Could you please provide us with as much information as possible to most accurately pursue this situation?"Then they offer MORE chocolates.
Bullshit, I don't want anymore of your damn truffles!
